Said property is described in general as: All stock in trade, fixtures, equipment, goodwill and other property of that Cafe/Coffee Shop business known as Beachcombers Cafe, and located at: 363 Trinity Street, Trinidad, CA 95570.
The bulk sale is intended to be consummated at the office of: FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, 515 J Street, Ste. A, Eureka, CA 95501. The bulk transfer will be consummated on or after May 1, 2023.
This bulk transfer is subject to Section 6106.2 of the California Commercial Code.
