Notice is hereby given pursuant to Government Code Section 50077 that a public hearing will be held by the governing board of the Arcata Elementary School District at a regular meeting on June 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as convenient in the Multipurpose Room at Sunny Brae Middle School, 1430 Buttermilk Lane, Sunny Brae, California, for the purpose of considering calling an election to levy a parcel tax in the District pursuant to Government Code Section 50079. Any interested persons, including all persons owning lands in the District, may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
